  • Move furniture if necessary, ensuring access to all areas. This includes the refrigerator, oven, couches, beds or any other heavy items.

  • Ensure accessibility by unlocking rooms
  • Manage Pets and Children (keep out of way of cleaners and equipment)

Kitchen

  • Store perishable food, clear countertops
  • Empty Fridge and Oven if they are specified extras
  • Remove items from stovetop and kitchen floor
  • Empty sinks, dishwashers (we can clear sink and load dishwasher if this is a selected extra)

Bathrooms

  • Clear countertops and toilets
  • Remove items from shower/tub areas
  • Clear bathroom floors and corners
  • Flush all toilets and ensure no bodily fluids are present

Bedrooms

  • Put away clothing and personal items
  • Organize nightstands, dressers and clear surfaces

  • How do I book my first appointment?

  • Do you bring your own supplies?

    Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service.

  • What services do we NOT do?

    For our own health, safety, and liability concerns, we do not clean/perform the following: blinds that are prone to breaking (ex. white, flimsy blinds), hoarder homes, biohazards (feces, urine, vomit, blood, drug paraphernalia, etc), infestations (bugs, pests, etc), climb/use second story ladders, etc.

  • What is your 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy?

    If you're not happy with your cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours of your clean! We will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window) at no additional charge to you. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

  • What do I need to do to prepare for my Move In/Out Cleaning?

    Please ensure that your home is empty, as that will allow us to clean every nook and cranny to perfection. We don't mind throwing out a garbage bag or two but if you need us to remove trash, it needs to be under 30lbs and we will charge by the hour for trash removal at a rate of $75 per hour. Additionally, San Diego is a city with extreme weather. Please ensure that the heating/cooling is on for your move in/out cleaning. Our cleaners cannot work in extreme temperatures without climate control and they also need to be able to turn on the lights and plug in their vacuum.

  • Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

    We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very seriously.

  • What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?

    Life happens and that's okay! In the event that something comes up, we just ask that you respond to our reminders and let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 25% of the total booking price. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the total booking price. Cancellations made same day will be charged 100% of the total booking price. To avoid cancellation fees, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Thank you!
